Official rules (summary)
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or donation does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
- Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at entry. Employees of ByOwners.com and contest sponsors, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
- How to enter. Submit the entry form above during an open round. Limit one entry per person per round unless the contest page says otherwise.
- Judging. These are skill-based contests. Entries are judged by ByOwners.com editors on the criteria listed for each contest. Decisions are final.
- Prizes. Prizes are as listed for each round. Sponsor-funded cash prizes are announced on this page before a round opens; if a round has no funded cash prize, it is not offered for that round. No prize transfer or cash substitution except at our discretion; we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes.
- Winner notification. Winners are notified by email within 30 days after a round closes and must respond within 14 days, or an alternate may be selected.
- Rights. You keep ownership of your entry and grant ByOwners.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it with credit on our site, newsletter and social channels.
- Conduct. Entries must be original, lawful, and free of discriminatory, misleading or infringing content. We may disqualify entries that violate these rules.
- Privacy. Entry information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
- Sponsor. ByOwners.com. Contact us through our contact page.
